Sweet Lou’s Athol is special for us. It’s the first of our three restaurants we were able to design and build ourselves. We worked with a fantastic architect and paid homage to Farragut State Park while bringing a modern family restaurant and a state-of-the-art sports bar to the community of Athol.
Almost everything we serve we make ourselves. From hand-battering each onion ring to cutting every steak and smoking all of our own meat on-premises: salmon, pork and ribs — including bison ribs. Those ribs are covered in delectable barbecue sauces of our own design and served along with original-recipe side dishes.
We offer ten – that’s right 10 – custom burgers on the menu. All of the ten unique burgers are made from freshly ground top sirloin and put into combinations that will make your mouth water.
