In the spring of 2022, residents of Athol, Idaho can enjoy their favorite Sweet Lou’s dishes in the new Sweet Lou’s Restaurant and Tap House at The Crossings.
This will be the first Sweet Lou’s restaurant built from the ground up. Baker Construction is taking the lead on the build with Miller Stauffer Architects behind the design and concept.
“We will continue our trend of a casual dining atmosphere,” said Owner Meggie Foust. “This location will have elements that celebrate the area – specifically Farragut and its naval history.”
Currently, the plans have seating for 130 guests inside and 45 guests on the patio.
“We are looking forward to expanding our offering to our friends in Athol,” Owner Chad Foust said. “We hope to see everyone out there in less than a year!”
